Both of these things are specialties of mine, and both depend quite heavily on the strength of your premise and your IP: your big idea + all the thinking behind it, which enables you to develop, distribute, own, and monetize your expertise in an easier, more sustainable, and highly differentiated way. (Our engagement together will begin with premise development, helping you articulate + embody a tight articulation of your perspective and your big idea in a way that resonates.)

    Combination of regularly scheduled live calls, clear homework, unlimited async/email support, and shared documentation and projects collaboratively built together.

    First we build it. Then we use it and grow through it. You can book me for the first or for both.

    PHASE ONE: STRATEGY [$15,500]

    To clarify and differentiate. This is my signature offering, collaborating with you on foundational elements of your platform and business.

    1. Diagnose your current thinking + communication tendencies.

    Being a speaker and a public communicator in general means your voice and style can no longer be afterthoughts. You don’t need to spend ages on these things, especially at first, but we need to consciously consider and lean into existing superpowers and address needs in order to resonate deeply and spark action.

    2. Develop your premise.

    This is the big idea, or what I refer to as your “defensible assertion.” It’s the lens through which you see it or the coherent circle you can draw around everything you do. Once developed, this is often conveyed as a refreshing reframe on a familiar topic, which gives others a before-and-after effect when encountering your work (the conventional wisdom vs. new wisdom, as they now see things how YOU see them).

    3. Plan and iterate on deployment

    We brainstorm relevant content you should create through and around your premise, draft and/or revise your signature speech, and otherwise prepare you to embody, distribute, own your ideas publicly using your voice, content, and pillar projects.

    PHASE TWO: DEPLOYMENT [$4k per month]

    To ship and iterate. This is my coaching offering. Here, you place me in your back pocket as your secret weapon and ongoing advisor.

    The question to answer here is how many months of additional support from me do you want, in order to succeed with what we’ve built?

    Using the work established in Phase One, we’d move from internal documentation to public execution together. The goal is to help you succeed, not just launch or update your work as with Phase One.

    This phase is entirely bespoke to you, as we carry forward projects drafted from Phase One or shift focus to new pillar projects, and I serve as your Exec. Producer, Storytelling Advisor, and Director of Differentiation.

    As you begin to move from well-documented premise to the elements of your IP, we continue to work together through live calls + async support and collaboration, crafting frameworks, methodologies, signature stories, and advice content.

    We strengthen your speaking and focus on marketing/success/delivery.

    We deploy your premise across your platform, ensuring you show up as the strongest public voice you can be.

    Over time, we’ll build an entire Platform of Impact through your premise and the surrounding IP elements we develop.
