    Required of you: Bring a draft of the work or your public, existing work. This package is about reworking real work in realtime. We do not build from scratch. (e.g. your website + positioning, your speech draft, etc.)

    Includes: 2 calls (1 hour each, recorded) + 1 video review from me

    On the calls, we make meaningful progress on your ideas, with assigned work. Once you complete the work, I share my final video review with clear next steps suggested.

    Not included: async/email support. We interact purely on our calls.

  • Pricing starts at $15,500. Engagements last roughly 2-3 months on average.

    Combination of regularly scheduled live calls, clear homework, unlimited async/email support, and shared documentation and projects collaboratively built together.

    While I don’t create assets for you (i.e. I’m not a speechwriter or copywriter), I do collaborate on them and give you clear next steps each time, and my clients tell me some of our most important interactions happen when I help clarify specific phrases and ideas in sharper language than they could alone.

    My job is also to help you identify, develop, articulate, and embody your own ideas more powerfully and consistently than you ever have before, then use them to your benefit across your public platform, where you have the biggest needs now.

The 4 big differences in my work with clients:

Inside-out approach: My job is to extract FROM you, not impose ON you, which is the inverse of most coaches who press their “simple systems” repeatedly onto all clients. I’m more exec producer and peer-level advisor than client factory. My job is to ensure we get the best version of you out there, drilling down to the essence of who you are and what you’re saying.

Premise as the foundation: Most of my peers start downstream of the real source of your communication power. Downstream things include message design, storytelling, speeches, frameworks and other IP. While I work on all these things with my clients, we begin our process by developing a distinct premise for your work. A premise sounds like your insightful reframe on your chosen topic, i.e. the Big Idea you explore and own. That informs your IP, and your premise + your IP informs and strengthens your entire platform. We start at the source.

I’ve done it too: A lot of my peers have never built a career as a public voice and thought leader, and while I don’t think you need to do that in order to coach it well, my career as a trusted marketing thinker and business storyteller across sectors and stages gives me a different kind of insight into and appreciation for the work we do together.

My journey as a speaker and a business storyteller has been featured in 3 different books, and each year, dozens of creators and entrepreneurs turn to me to craft better messaging and speeches. I’ve hosted podcasts for exciting startups, directed docuseries for scaling brands, and advised creative companies like Mailchimp, Wistia, and Salesforce.
