One of our own needs our help.
Our dear friend and a beloved marketing voice Devin Bramhall is battling a rare form of cancer. She’s now forced to confront both this disease and the problems with the US healthcare system as an independent professional.
Help us help Devin, just as she has helped so many thousands of people in the industry with her kindness, generosity, and creativity.
Our goal is to raise at least $3,000 by Monday, December 18.

The thing to know about Devin:
If you ever have the good fortune of having a conversation with Devin Bramhall, you will feel like the most important person in the world. If you express that you’re happy, she looks like she could power a city with her energy. If you’re struggling, she will shake her head like 17 mosquitoes are wrestling in her hair — you’ve never felt so seen, my friend.
That’s how she makes you feel. Devin cares — and you feel it to your very core.
Well, we at the not-an-actual-company company Devin Bramhall’s Marketing All-Stars are committed to showing her just how much WE care for HER. But we need your help.
The story:
In July of 2023, Devin was diagnosed with a form of ovarian cancer called Mucinous Ovarian Carcinoma. To date, only 60 other cases have ever been found. This cancer is highly invasive and aggressive. It requires unique (and expensive) management and treatment. After a successful surgery this fall, Devin embarked on a year-long journey towards beating this, which includes 6 months of chemotherapy.
This is a full-time job for most people. Devin is not most people, but she deserves to prioritize her health above all else. Managing cancer, undergoing chemotherapy, and the subsequent, profound side effects will only make things more challenging. Devin being self-employed and also needing to remain in NYC, where treatment for her unique diagnosis is more accessible than elsewhere, both pose their own stressors too.
We are committed to a simple truth: Devin, you are not alone in this!
Devin is also supported by her amazing mother, Katherine, whose GoFundMe has raised nearly $50,000 as of this writing. 100% of our proceeds will be given to that campaign.
We thank Katherine and others close to Devin for the infinite love and support they’re giving her — and we hope to play our small part!
And we thank YOU, marketing friend, for your generosity — whether you donate, share this event, or both.
Devin, you are an incredible human being and an absolute force of light in this world. We are here for you — and we can’t wait for our next round of drinks where we make YOU feel like the most important person in the world.

Jay Acunzo [Cofounder, Creator Kitchen]
Jay is on a mission to help people make what matters. Today, he helps turn smart experts into influential voices, focusing on the substance of their ideas and stories, not the volume of their content. He’s the cofounder of the community Creator Kitchen, the host of the popular podcast Unthinkable and author of Break the Wheel, and he’s been hired by brands like Salesforce, Wistia, GoDaddy, Help Scout, and Podia to develop original podcasts and docuseries. Jay began his career in marketing roles at Google, HubSpot, a tiny startup, and a tech VC firm.

John Bonini [Founder, Some Good Content]
John is the former head of growth at Litmus & head of marketing at Databox. He’s spent the last decade working for content-driven SaaS brands in order to drive growth. He’s been on the venture-backed side working for a company that raised 8-figures to accelerate growth, all through content, and he’s been on the bootstrapped side, implementing programs and building a lean team to grow efficiently. In both cases, John rejected the traditional playbooks. Today, he helps other SaaS companies grow through content as a consultant and strategic advisor focused on brand narrative, launching or elevating content channels, and developing differentiated topics and distribution tactics.
Margaret Kelsey [Founder, TatCo]
Margaret is an advisor for B2B SaaS founders. She spent a decade building scalable, effective marketing programs—and teams—for B2B SaaS companies at OpenView, Appcues, and InVision. She also co-hosts Don’t Say Content, a podcast that doesn’t solve any of the issues it explores, alongside Devin.
