Unthinkable returns for Seasonish 6ish

At a time like this, I find it helpful to cling more forcefully to whatever it is you know you can do with certainty. For me, that’s tell stories. Craft narratives. Spin a yarn. Also beat things to death with needless lists of descriptions. (Hey, don’t judge, I just got off a shift at Daddy Daycare, alright? My Dad Joke tendencies are sky high right now.)

It’s been awhile since I’ve produced original episodes of Unthinkable, as I focused on developing Marketing Showrunners and my show about making shows, 3 Clips. (That show will continue, by the way, on a twice-monthly basis while I currently work under more limited conditions. You can listen and subscribe here.)

For now, I invite you to listen to the trailer of Unthinkable, where I explain why this is Seasonish 6ish, and why I am reigniting what had become a lightly smouldering ember in my otherwise creative bonfire of a career. (Another way of saying: Why and how am I bringing back a project when I already have so many dang projects?)

You can listen wherever you get your podcasts, or simply stay put right here, and I will send you each new episode via this blog. Thanks for subscribing and supporting, and I hope you enjoy some stories that can help you think, smile, and do better work. I’d like to provide you some escapism, but the nutritious-and-delicious kind, not just empty calories.

Subscribe wherever you listen: Apple, Spotify, Overcast, Stitcher, et al. The trailer(ish) is already live.

PS for those receiving this via email (which are most of my readers): I am embedding the full episode to stream from my site below. Not sure how this will translate to email, but likely a broken image. (Just wanted to clarify.)
