Iron Man at work

Marvel character Tony Stark may have boundless wealth and charm, but he’s no superhero.

When you create stuff for a living, it’s tempting to just throw yourself against a problem. You have a wealth of ideas or energy or creativity or skill. You may even be charming. But, alas, you’re no superhero.

Once you have the right process or framework in place, though, you can overcome your weaknesses while amplifying your strengths. Like a podcast host with an episode format uniquely crafted for their skill and style, the scaffolding AROUND our naturally creative ways helps us achieve things no mere mortal can.

Process gets a bad name around the corporate world. Done right, however, it’s like building your very own Iron Man suit for work. Stepping into it makes you something far more powerful. It makes you a superhero.
